The information is encrypted on your computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on FlorStor.com's secure server. It cannot be read in transit.  Your information can only be accessed by Flor Stor technicians that have met our strict security and confidentiality requirements. 

Always look for the "Padlock" in locked position or the unbroken "Key" at the bottom of your browser screen, this ensures your security when placing an order on-line. Secure mode begins when you initiate your order. All personal/financial information is entered on a secure page (SSL ,Secure Socket Layer).

Once you close your browser the cookies simply terminate. Cookies enable us to keep track of the items in your shopping cart.

• In order to fulfill your order the Flor Stor must supply "Third Parties" with certain information.  The recipients of this information include but are not limited to; UPS for shipping purposes and Bank of America for processing transactions. These "Third Party Intermediaries" do not store, retain or share the information we supply them with.
